어접린을 아는가? 魚接鱗, 물고기 魚, 마주할 接, 비늘 鱗. 주나라 탕녀 포사와 유왕이 어우르는 자세를 말한다. 포사는 물고기가 비늘을 서로 마찰시키는 '어접린'으로 유왕을 작살냈다고 한다.

짤방 그림은 대구약사회에서 퍼왔다. 시경 264편 첨앙(瞻卬, 하늘을 우러러)은 범백이 포사와 노는 유왕을 꾸짖은 시인데 나중 황제의 궁전에서 행사음악으로 쓰였다.  원문은 복잡하니 뒤로 미루고 요약한 시를 먼저 적는다.

하늘을 우러러 부르짖노니, 그대는 왜 은혜를 베풀 줄 모르나이까? 나라가 동란 속에 흔들리고 백성은 고통에 신음하고 있는데, 땅을 가진 사람이 땅을 빼앗고, 죄 없는 사람은 가두고, 죄 있는 자는 방면하니 이게 무슨 판국이오이까?

슬기로운 사나이는 성을 쌓지만, 너무 약은 계집은 성을 허문다고 하였나이다. 그 요염한 계집을 보소서. 그 계집의 긴 혓바닥은 재앙을 불러오는 화근이나이다. 재앙은 하늘에서 떨어지는 것이 아니라 그 계집의 혓바닥에서 생겨난다는 것을 아셔야 합니다. 그대가 깨우치지 못하는 것은 모두 그 계집의 말만 듣기 때문이오이다.

이 노래 첨앙, <하늘을 우러러>은 風雅颂에서 아(雅)에 해당한다. 아(雅) 중에서도 大雅로서 황제의 궁전에서 쓰이는 음악이다.  

주나라 말기 유왕이 정사를 돌보지 않고 수탈을 일삼아 백성이 도탄에 빠졌을 때, 이를 힐난하는 백성들의 분노했다. 이 노래가 청와대에도 필요할 듯하다.

유왕은 애첩 포사를 끼고 술을 냇물처럼 흐르게 하고 나무에 산해진미를 걸어 놓고 음탕을 즐긴 왕이다. 범백은 여왕을 꾸짖는 판(板)이라는 시도 지었다.

瞻卬昊天、則不我惠。 I look up to great Heaven,  But it shows us no kindness. 
孔填不寧、降此大厲。 Very long have we been disquieted, And these great calamities are sent down [upon us].
邦靡有定、士民其瘵。 There is nothing settled in the country; Officers and people are in distress.
蟊賊蟊疾、靡有夷屆。 Through the insects from without and from within, There is no peace or limit [to our misery].
罪罟不收、靡有夷瘳。 The net of crime is not taken up, And there is no peace nor cure [for our state].

人有土田、女反有之。 Men had their ground and fields, But you have them [now].
人有民人、女覆奪之。 Men had their people and followers, But you have violently taken them from them.
此宜無罪、女反收之。 Here is one who ought to be held guiltless, But you snare him [in the net of crime].
彼宜有罪、女覆說之。 There is one who ought to be held guilty, But you let him escape [from it].

哲夫成城、哲婦傾城。 A wise man builds up the wall [of a city], But a wise woman overthrows it.
懿厥哲婦、為梟為鴟。 Admirable may be the wise woman, But she is [no better than] an owl.
婦有長舌、維厲之階。 A woman with a long tongue, Is [like] a stepping-stone to disorder.
亂匪降自天、生自婦人。[Disorder] does not come down from heaven; -
It is produced by the woman.
匪教匪誨、時維婦寺。Those from whom come no lessons, no instruction,
Are women and eunuchs

鞫人忮忒、譖始竟背。They beat men down, hurtful, deceitful. Their slanders in the beginning may be falsified in the end,
豈曰不極、伊胡為慝。But they do not say [that their words were] very wrong; -
[They say], ' What evil was there in them?
如賈三倍、君子是識。As if in the three times cent per cent of traffic,
A superior man should have any knowledge of it;
婦無公事、休其蠶織。So a woman who has nothing to do with public affairs,
Leaves her silk-worms and weaving.

天何以刺、何神不富。Why is it that Heaven is [thus] reproving [you]?Why is it that the Spirits are not blessing [you]?
舍爾介狄、維予胥忌。You neglect your great barbarian [foes],And regard me with hatred.
不弔不祥、威儀不類。You are regardless of the evil omens [that abound],And your demeanour is all-unseemly;
人之云亡、邦國殄瘁。[Good] men are going away,And the country is sure to go to ruin.

天之降罔、維其優儀。Heaven is letting down its net, And many [are the calamities in it].
人之云亡、心之憂矣。[Good] men are going away, And my heart is sorrowful.
天之降罔、維其幾矣。Heaven is letting down its net, And soon [will all be caught in it ].
人之云亡、心之悲矣。Good men are going away. And my heart is sad.

觱沸檻泉、維其深矣。Right from the spring comes the water bubbling,
Revealing its depth.
心之憂矣、寧自今矣。The sorrow of my heart, - Is it [only] of to-day?
不自我先、不自我後。Why were these things not before me? Or why were they not after me?
藐藐昊天、無不克鞏。But mysteriously Great Heaven, Is able to strengthen anything;
無忝皇祖、式救爾後。Do not disgrace your great ancestors, And it will save your posterity.
