Three men want to become agents for the FBI.
세 남자가 FBI의 요원에 지원했다.
After a day of intensive interviews, they are told there is
one more test to prove their dedication to the FBI.
이들은 하루동안 집중 면접을 받고 FBI로의 자격을 판가름해 줄 시험을 하나 남겨두게 됐다.
The head FBI agent takes the first guy into a private room.
FBI 수석 요원이 첫째 남자를 조용한 방으로 데리고 갔다.
He hands him a gun and says, "Go into that room and kill your wife."
그는 총을 건네며 말했다. "저 방으로 가서 당신 부인을 죽여라."
The guy says, "No way," and leaves FBI headquarters.
첫 번째 남자는 "절대 그럴 수 없다"며 시험장을 나갔다.
The second guy goes through the same proceedings.
두 번째 남자도 똑같은 명령을 받았다.
He walks into the second room, but on seeing his wife decides
that she is worth more than a good job, and he, too, refuses.
그는 옆방으로 건너갔다. 그러나 부인을 보는 순간 직업보다는
부인이 더 소중하다며 FBI가 되기를 포기해버렸다.
Finally the third guy is given the gun and told to kill his wife.
마지막으로 세번째 남자가 총을 받고 부인을 죽이라는 명령을 받았다.
The walks into the second room and six shots are heard.
A few seconds later, the head FBI agent hears crashing and banging from the room.
그는 방으로 들어갔고 6방의 총 소리가 들렸다. 그리고는 방안에서 우당탕하는 소리가 들렸다.
After a few minutes, the guy comes out of the room. "What happened?" asks the FBI agent.
잠시 후 남자가 방에서 나왔다. 수석 FBI가 물었다. "어떻게 됐소?"
"Some idiot loaded the gun with blanks... I had to kill her with the chair."
"어떤 바보가 총에 공포탄을 넣어놨습니다. 별 수 없이 의자로 죽였습니다."
