°³Á¤ ÈÄ "The revised definition includes any gender of victim or perpetrator(ÇÇÇØÀÚ/°¡ÇØÀÚ ¼ºº° ºÒ¹®), and includes instances in which the victim is incapable of giving consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity, including due to the influence of drugs or alcohol or because of age(ÇÇÇØÀÚÀÇ ¿¬·É, ¼úÀ̳ª ¾à¹°ÀÇ ¿µÇâ, Á¤½ÅÀû À°Ã¼Àû Àå¾ÖµîÀ¸·Î µ¿ÀÇÇ¥½Ã¸¦ ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Â °æ¿ì (ÀÏ´Ü µ¿ÀÇÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀ½À¸·Î ¿©±è)). The ability of the victim to give consent must be determined in accordance with state statute.
