다니는 아해들..
뭐라 말도 몬하는 부모들도..
정신적으로 계도할 능력도 없는 정부고..
경쟁사회에 살아온 기성세대의 사고방식도 문제이고.
나도 크게 자유롭진 못하지만
여튼 자신에게 가장 맞는 인생이 뭔지
정확하게 알고 투자하고
어떤 삶은 선택하든 학벌에 관계없이 노력하는 이에게 정의롭고
공평한 혜택이 주어지면 나름 줄어들 수 도 있겠지.
지금은 요원하다..
고등교육 학위수료자가 많은 건 좋은 건데
그게 그 사회 산업구조랑 안맞으니 문제겠지...
네덜란드는 대학진학률이 15%쯤 된다는데
의사,엔지니어는 인력부족으로 수입하고 있고
의료분야는 특히.
직업고등교육(대학으로 침)까지해서 50%쯤 되는데
역시 생산분야는 인력부족, 인문계열 취업률이 떨어지는
경제침체기 현상.
인력수요에 맞게 공급조절하면 될 거같은데
그게 딱 안맞아떨어지는가봐.
